Custom-made costumes and boleros

I am happy to consider requests for custom made costumes. A lot of my costumes are very adaptable and I have a lot of patterns and books about costume making to refer to.

All my boleros are custom made to the customer’s bust size and sleeve length. Please contact me with your bust size and an underarm measurement in inches or centimetres if you decide to buy one.

Despatching Orders

Individual items for delivery in the UK are normally despatched by first class Royal Mail within 2 working days of Sew Cool Creation receiving payment. All International orders are sent by Royal Mail small packet airmail.  Inland items sent Special Delivery are normally despatched within 24 hours of payment. We do not send items for Special Delivery on a Saturday (i.e. those Special Delivery orders arriving to us on Thursday and thus posted on Friday will be delivered to you on Monday).

My busiest time is Easter time in the Spring and from the middle of October to the middle of December so there may be a short delay during this time but I will try to let you know.

Bulk orders vary and I will contact you either before or after you place your order to let you know the despatch date.

Availability

Occasionally a fabric may go out of stock and will need to be substituted with another one. If this does occur, I will let you know and offer you a refund if you are not happy with the substitute.

Processing Orders and Returns Policy

Sew Cool Creation reserves the right to refuse to fulfill any order for any reason thus offering a refund of any monies paid for the order.  Regarding returns please see our returns policy.
